I think I see the problem now after viewing your site. You have the option set to not display the email option on the new request page. I will need to add that exception to the verification process script. That was something missed in the initial code . I should have a fix for this in a day or two.

Likewise. Installed version 1.5.6, and the submit wouldn't work. No errors. It just didn't do anything. I just uninstalled the component and installed version 1.5.7, and I get the same results. Submit doesn't do anything. This is with Firefox 3.5.7. When I do the same thing in IE 8 the status bar simply reports "Error on page" and nothing more.

Sorry, I'm having trouble reproducing the error condition. From the Javascript Error Console I get a "tinyMCE.getContent is not a function" error on your site. Can you email me a copy of your pc_config.php file? Also, can you tell me if the "TinyMCE" and the "No Editor" plugins are enabled or not? Also, what is the name of your template?
