I found that my site was hacked and until I find out where all the infected files are, I was informed that I should delete all components and add them back as new, but my problem is, I've done so many changes to your component to have this work for the church, I can't redo the entire thing, plus I don't even remember 1/2 the stuff I did anymore. I just want to know how can I export the all the prayer request and then import them back.

Depending on what type of web host you have, you should be able to use programs like phpmyadmin, available in most web hosting CPanels, to "export" the prayercenter table to a file which can later be used to "import" the data back into the new database.
